Rhonda Hill is a dedicated advocate with over a decade of experience addressing race and poverty, having worked with organizations such as the YWCA, Greater Milwaukee Synod, and Interfaith Conference, and founding Race and Faith. With advanced degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Theological Studies, she combines academic expertise with a justice-oriented, optimistic approach to foster awareness and drive change. Lucia Loza-Galezewski
CEO & Founder
MEET LUCIA, OUR CEO & FOUNDER—an unstoppable force of energy, strategy, and transformation. From being a proud mom of four to an influential leader in communities and organizations, Lucia lives by the words her dad always said: “Líderes traen soluciones” (leaders bring solutions). She brings a sense of urgency to transform spaces, all so her children can grow into who they were born to be. Her village has lovingly dubbed her “la jefa,” a title she doesn’t take lightly—it’s a responsibility she carries with pride.
You’ll often spot Lucia rocking big hoops—a simple nod to anyone who sees her that YES, we belong. An immigrant from Quito, Ecuador, she arrived with little more than a few dollars in her pocket, but she’s built her life on the wisdom of her Abuela and Mami, and the unwavering support of her husband, Nick, with whom she’s shared 25 years of love and partnership.
In 2024, Lucia left Corporate America to focus on building an organization that leads through relationships and collective strength, all with the goal of elevating communities for future readiness. Her mantra? “This is not a nice thing to do; it’s the economic thing to do.” Drawing on her years of corporate experience, Lucia brings a unique perspective to influential spaces, empowering them to grow and create lasting change through financial, organizational, and transformative initiatives.
How Alza started One reflective night in 2018, the idea of launching an organization dedicated to leading others to success was born. It took a pandemic to finally make it a reality. In 2021, ALZA (under LOZA LLC) was established, and since then, it has been building its toolbox to fulfill its purpose. ach drives innovative solutions that make a lasting impact. By 2023, ALZA was actively leading others to succeed, and in 2024, it officially launched with a broader scope and more partners.
Behind Alza LOGO The logo represents the peaks of Cotopaxi (Ecuador), which for 17 years were the first thing Lucia saw when walking out of her house in Quito, her beloved hometown. These peaks symbolize greatness, energy, resilience, respect, and presence.
